Steve’s love for creating and serving roast meals has transformed into a true culinary art. Building on his success at the Browns Bay roast shop, he has ventured into Silverdale to share his expertise. Having honed his skills over years of crafting flavorful roasts.
Introducing Karl, a seasoned expert in the world of butchery. With a solid background working with all sorts of meats, Karl’s skills go above and beyond. He started out in local butcher shops and now brings his expertise to the roast shop.
